Personal Information & Dates
- Your name, address and home & business phone numbers
will be requested.
- Please pre-determine arrival and departure dates.
Summer weeks run from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday
depending on the property. Properties are available only
for full weeks in the summer. During the Holiday season
there is a (3) night minimum; there is a three (3) night
minimum for Presidents' and Martin Luther King Weekends,
and a two (2) night minimum the remainder of the year.
- Know the number of adults and children in your party.
NOTE: We do not recommend the use of sleeper sofa beds by
adults as they may be uncomfortable. No refunds will be
issued if found uncomfortable.
Damage Deposit
Guest is responsible for all damages to the unit during occupancy.
A refundable damage deposit of $300 is required
and may be held up to 30 days following guest's departure.
Reservation Deposit
- Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall - 50%
of rent due upon making reservation. Balance due 30 days
prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival:
full amount due at time reservation is made.
- Holiday - 50% of rent due upon making
reservation. Balance of reservation-due 45 days prior to
arrival. Reservations made within 45 days of arrival: payment
in full required when reservation is made.
- This Reservation Deposit and a signed
License Agreement will be required to confirm
your reservation. Upon receipt of your reservation and deposit,
we will send a License Agreement which you must sign and
return within five days. Failure to do so may result in
cancellation of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be in writing.
A $50 processing fee is applied against each canceled reservation.
Refunds are made by check; no credit will be given directly
back to the card that was provided. Unit must be
re-rented for full time of reservation to be eligible for
refund.
- Summer - Cancellations received: 60 or
more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less
administrative fee; 30-59 days prior to arrival will forfeit
50% of rent unless re-rented; within 30 days of arrival
date will forfeit full amount of reservation unless re-rented.
- Holiday - Cancellations received: 60
or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund,
less administrative fee; 46-59 days prior to arrival will
forfeit 50% of rent unless re-rented; within 45 days of
arrival will forfeit full amount of reservation unless re-rented.
- Winter, Spring & Fall - Cancellations
received 30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a
full refund, less administrative fee. Cancellations made
within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit full amount
of reservation unless full time is re-rented.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of $50-$200 is applied to each rental, depending
on the size of the home or condo. Stays of over 14 nights
may be subject to a higher fee.
Housekeeping
To make your vacation more enjoyable, departure housekeeping
is provided. Upon departure, we expect guests to:
- Wash all dishes, glasses, pots, utensils and put them
in cabinets.
- Empty trash into plastic bags and place in dumpster outside.
- DO NOT make beds.
- Leave air conditioning (if applicable) on 80° or
heat on 55°.
- Turn off all lights, appliances and TVs, and check to
see that all water faucets are turned off. Lock all doors
and windows.
- Return any furniture that has been moved to its original
position.
Tax
Michigan state sales tax of 6% is added onto all rentals.
