House Rules
To ensure the comfort of all guests, and in order to keep
our properties in rentable condition, the following rules
must be observed by all guests. Should you
have any questions regarding these rules, please feel free
to call us.
- Occupancy - Our regulations do not permit
more persons in any unit than the unit sleeps in beds and
sofa beds. If more people than the unit sleeps are found
occupying the premises, your party will be asked to leave
immediately without refund.
- Provisions - Basic paper & soap products
will be stocked in each unit. A supply of facial and bathroom
tissue, paper towels, bar soap and dishwasher soap are provided.
- Each condominium is privately owned and furnished in the
taste and style of the owner, however, each owner has met
our minimum inventory requirements. You may wish to bring
along special items such as blenders, radios, etc. We are
unable to provide additional furnishings or appliances.
- Equipment - We cannot guarantee air conditioning
or other equipment, appliances, or telephones, but we do
guarantee that repairs will be made as soon as possible
when reported to us. No refunds or discounts will
be made due to failure.
- Pets - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES. If you are found with a pet in your unit,
your party will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
This rule is adhered to strictly.
- Damages - Aside from normal wear and
tear, you will be responsible to pay for any damages to
the property or its contents during your vacation residency.
Please notify our office if you discover anything that needs
the attention of our maintenance department.
- Parking - Boats, trailers or campers
must be parked in designated areas within each development.
If you are parked improperly, you will be towed at your
expense. (NOTE: These vehicles are prohibited at Lakeside
Club and Tannery Creek.)
- Telephones - Telephones are provided
in all units for your convenience. All long distance calls
must be charged to your credit card or a telephone credit
card. Cell phones may also be used in lieu of regular phones,
but due to limited service in some parts of northern Michigan
you should verify with your cell phone company that you
will be able to make and receive calls.
- Keys - Keys are to be returned to the
Resort Property Rentals & Management office upon departure. Please do
not leave them in the home or condo. Lost or unreturned
keys will result in a $100.00 re-key charge.
- Emergencies - In the event of an emergency
after business hours, one of our staff is on call and can
be reached by calling the office number. Remember, someone
will be paged ONLY IN CASES OF AN EMERGENCY. We will try
to attend to your repairs or requests first thing in the
morning on the following day. Please make sure you have
your keys at all times. If you lock yourself out after hours,
a $50 cash payment will be due at the time the on-call staff
member lets you in.
- Check-In - Check-in time is guaranteed
by 5:00 p.m. NO EARLIER. Our cleaning staff must have time
to properly prepare your rental, so please be patient and
understand they are working as fast as they can.
- Check-Out - Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
sharp NO EXCEPTIONS. If you plan to leave earlier than the
opening of the rental office, please leave keys in the drop
box next to the office entrance.
- Items Left in Rental Property - Resort
Property Rentals & Management is not responsible for
personal items left in rental property. Appropriate shipping
and handling fees will be charged to return items.
